no wiegh in

When to the chemist to pick up a perscription today, and i was told the 2 girls who do the lipo are off on hols on friday....so no weigh in for me this week :sigh: i think my scales are about 3lbs heavier then theirs so i might weigh myself...or i could just do 2 weeks and have a massive wammy...what do you reckon?

wtf? do u need a qualification to weigh someone in your chemists??

Well im sure we can work it that u do a double wammy next week - to keep the scales consistent so u know exactly where u are? Im sure we will both loose about 7 pounds in the next 2 weigh ins! That will keep us both on target for our big goal!

I got my weigh in on wednesday... eeek! Last weigh in of July and should be the final 4 weigh ins for me... im aiming to start refeed on 27th august - if all goes according to plan I will be 7st 12 for that date. 50 POUNDS LIGHTER!

I swapped some shakes for flapjacks lol i need them again ...so i am on fj porridge for breekie and tea tomorrow yay!!!! I figured these were as near to food as i was going with the antibiotics! hahaha

I think id go for the double whammy!! especially if your scales weigh heavier, best to stick to the 1 set x

I am happy with 3 pound loss this week - i will be 8st 10 - this is a weight that stands out to me alot - i remember i used to look hot as f&^k at this weight oh yes... form an orderly queue boys

So 3 pounds this week and then im going for the big 4 pounds next week - that will bring me to 8stone 6 AND DEAD ON 3 STONE GONE ON THE FRICKING BUTTON! WHOOOOOOOP!
