Apologies for sporadic appearance

Just thought I would stick a quick note up to apologise for not replying to threads or congratulating you all on your achievments. I have my 8yr old daughter staying till the 17th Aug so busy busy busy.

I know most of you ladies are used to this but by christ its hard work.

Wonderful to have her with me and enjoying every bit of it, but how the hell you buggers still find time to post I do not know.

Still thinking of you all and i still read threads while shes in bed but i'm a poor lover at the mo (in out and gives nothing back ).

Ah Cankster, we all miss you but i'm glad to hear you are having some quality time with your little girl. I bet you have more energy after losing 65lb to keep up her!

Whenever you can guys it's nice to hear from you - but the girlies can entertain themselves whilst your off - so worry about us on that score.........
