As I have two weeks off this month I will be happy just to stay the same. Although it would be a bonus to lose :).

I started SF with only a week or so of July to go so I`m going to set August as my challenge to lose the rest of my stone.
I lost 4 and a half in week one but my hormones are going mental this week so not too confident about weigh in on Thursday! Happy weight loss everyone!
Kim:)

good luck kim, il keep my fingers crossed for your losses :D Amy x

I would like to lose 6lb through Aug. Am off on holiday on Sat, but am ging to try and be good as feeling a little down after STS this week

I'd like to go for 4ibs in Aug. I've just brought a wii fit so hopefully should shift those pounds with the help of that, Even though it says i've put 2 pounds on :0(

and where on earth did you get that?!?!?! I have been searching everywhere to get one lol

I'm wanting to lose as much as possible this month, got 5 weeks till my hols so it really matters now! Ideally aiming for 14lb loss which makes it 2.8lb a week. No slacking off this month!

I want to shoot for 3kgs this month, to get me to an even 90 (I think that'll be a good start :))

My plan is to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and cut my calories by 100 a day (can't slash them too drastically cause I'm only allowed 1200 at the mo anyway haha)

Hi Id like to join the august challenge - my aim for august is to lose 10 lbs - ambitious I know but I have a wedding at the start of sept and I really want to feel a bit slimmer by then!

My husband works in London went to a game shop on oxford street where the guy was selling em for £100 but knocked him down to £90, well worth it though! I have to fight to get a go :0p

well like feeling fat, im having 2 weeks off this month. im on holiday from thursday for a fortnight. im just praying i dont put on. ide like 2lbs off next week though, as that would make me up to 2 stone loss. then that leaves 2 and a half stone to get off before christmas, which ill start on when i come back my hols. anyway, im in the challenge to get 2lbs off then sts.

OH CRAP!!!!!
Help me please!
My second weigh in and I`ve put on....(get ready for it..you won`t believe this...) 6lbs.
I thought I`d had a good week really. Had one day off but ate real healthy....feeling really P***** off!
Any advice girls?

Fluid? thats normally the culprit. was it the same time as last week you weighed in? did you have different clothes/shoes on? other than that i cant think. you could have a whopping big loss next week though. i know its tough, especially when you know youve been good, but stick with it and dont lose heart..

Thanks for those words Linda.....
It`s really hard when it seems to be going wrong! I did weigh at exactly the same time, place, scales and clothes so maybe you are right and it is fluid. Will stick with it...this damn thing won`t beat me!

Lost 2lb since my last weigh in. Not great, but it's something. I have definitely lost inches though, more telling than the scales. My size 14 trousers are now fitting comfortably instead of me squeezing into them and should be in a 16!!

I think the reason for the low weight loss but good inch loss is the fact that I go to a Curves gym, which focuses on burning fat and building muscle strength (no, I don't plan on turning into a horrific looking body builder!), and muscle weighs more than fat.

I have my next official weigh-in and measure there next thursday, proper scales that don't get abused by the kids! I'll let you know how I get on.

Thanks for the tip about parmesan RachelM, I'll give that a go. I have to say though, the savoury cheese bites are also helping if I need a cheese fix!
