Day 1, that last stone and water!!

Hi all
started using minimins when started lipotrim several months ago which simply did not agree with me and my health and ever since have been approx 1 stone away from a healthy weight. I decided to start up again on the forum for support and to find people who were in the same boat. Kind of aiming for the healthy food/ exercise approach as not following any particular diet. My aim for this week is to attempt to get 1 litre water down me as a start every day as i dont drink much water. Would love to hear from anyone in a similar position.

I didnt drink water at all, i know as you know when you wee its dark, it means your dehydrated, now mine is clear, why, cos i drink about 4-6 pints a day, break that up about 8-10 tumblers of water, can be done! if you like tea or coffee, think of it as ten cups of water instead...

It makes your skin look clearer, hydrates your body, and makes you feel more alive than feeling exhausted, your brain needs 80% of water you drink each day, your body gets the rest, so if you have aches and pains, drink water, if you get headache, drink water...see the pattern?

just feel that the last stone wont go, but i will not give up and feel now is the time to remain focused and shift it.
Does anybody know what the ss diet is?
 
I am in the same position as you now....i wasnt ....

i did get down to goal weight...but then xmas hit :D

and i put 1/2 stone back on...then just been tryin to loose it over the past 6 months.....but ended up puttin another 1/2 stone on :eek:

so now i have 1 stone to shift...and its not goin anywhere :mad:
 
Ideally I have 13 more lbs to lose to get to BMI 23:rolleyes: - (my ticker needs to be updated to my revised goal weight).

I am finding it harder on CD to lose these final lbs - I have been on SS+ but I will move onto 810 and see if the increased food helps to shift them. I drink approx 4 - 5 litres per day too.

Are you following a diet plan or healthy eating?

We can and we will lose these last pesky lbs.:D

i hope i can do it. I just want my bmi to be 25. anything else is a bonus.
just sticking to healthy eating for now and trying to incorporate a little exercise.
What is the ss diet - someone else mentioned it on here.
i may have to follow an official diet but im trying not to.
i think the truth for me is that i do eat if im at home, but if im busy im not actually hungry.
I have also realised that to go out and do 'things' requires money and there is none of that since i still have solicitors bills to pay from the divorce. sorry if i feel like im moaning or looking for excuses but i dont think i am. Maybe i need to use the gym more which is paid up for the rest of the yr, but i get bored easily. i know - more excuses!!! lol
i have 2 more days at work and then im off for august, and i know its a difficult time to lose weight but anybody else up for a lose a stone in august challenge and we have to post each week?? could start a new thread called the august challenge?
what do u think?
