This is the best decision i have ever made!!

Second to my gorgeous son, this is the best and most rewarding decision i have ever made. Again this week i lost 5lbs and the feeling i have inside me for losing 1st 10.5lbs in under 4 weeks is phenomenal. arty0049: i am starting to see my collar bone accross my chest, my face is looking defined and my waist is looking slimmer. But for me as i think it is for so many of us, it is the best feeling to be pulling trousers back up after they fall down rather than jumping around trying to do the zip up!!

tishtash - totally agree. Best decision I have ever made I am the slimmest I have been for 20 years. I went into Manchester shopping with my Mum yesterday, what a thrill to pick up mediums and 12/14 and they fit fit fit !!!!

Didn't buy much as want to get to goal before I splash out on new suits etc but I have to keep glancing at myself in the shop windows - it is brill I see someone who is me not the frumpy fat thing that didn't look anything like me. Now I look on the outside like I feel on the inside -Yeh!!

Well done on your loss TT...oh yeah, revealing the slim me again feels fecking fantastic!!!!! woop woop

Just had my first weigh in this morning and lost 10.5 pounds. Feel incredible! Had baby number two a couple of months ago and feels great knowing will be back in all my old clothes soon!!! Well done everyone!

Thanks for your kind comments everyone, and congratulations on all your losses! to add to my fantastic mood today, my friend who i work with everyday came around and was gobsmacked with the difference! Dispite seeing me everyday in my uniform and noticing my trousers were getting baggy, you don't really realise the top half as i wear a baggy polo type t-shirt for ease of movement when with the kids. So today i have a snug fitting vest top and knee length shorts and she just couldn't believe the difference! i feel on top of the world. I cant wait for next friday when my friend visits who i haven't seen for 6 months plus. last time i seen her i was a fatty and now im on my way to being a slim jim!

I know exactly what you mean (although I am a long way from my target yet) Wearing clothes that are too big for you and looking in shops and discarding the sizes you were in a few months ago coz they are too big! It makes my day!

Today I wore a pair of skinny jeans (size 18, 3 months ago they would have had to be size 24) and I was able to take them off without undoing them!!!! I could hardly keep them up!!!!

On Thursday I bought a size 16 skirt for when I lose a bit more but decided to try it on to see how small it was. I got it on, it was a squeeze, and I wouldn't be brave enough to wear it outside but I was very happy. As I took it off I noticed the tag, which said it was a size 14!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!! I haven't worn a size 14 for the best part of 17 years!!!!!

LT really is the best decision I ever made and I'm looking forward to each and every WI to be a loser!!!

Wow!!! size 24 to squeezing into a 14 in just 3 months....that is absolutely amazing! you should be so proud of yourself, its a mega achievement!!! no wonder ur on cloud 9! have a super sunday!! xx

i am in my old jeans now, a little muffin top but its shrinking!

I am looking forward to fastening calf lenght boots again, and sitting down without a mitchelen belly sticking out further than my boobs!
