I bought a piecce of 30% yest mellor lighter - is this the 1 that I can have 42grs as HEX A???

Yes you can have 42g as HEX A or B on green or HEX A on red.

It makes a great toastie, unlike some reduced fat varieties it melts really well.

will try that, as i had cheese on toast last night with tesco reduced fat, but didn't taste right....
