Hi i was just wanting to know about totm weight loss, has anyone found it affected it, and if os did you make up for it the week after.x

I am on TOTM, so i'll let you know when the weeks over , lol. It hasnt really had an effect on my weightloss before but i feel very bloated at the mo xx

I started my period on day 1 of the diet, and in that week I lost 11lbs.
Last week I STS weight (but lost inches!) and got my period on Wednesday this week, hopefully will show a loss next week, will let you know.

I lost 5lb this week despite totm

Well i lost 3lb last week and i think it might have affected it slightly, m periods are really irregular and last for 2-3weeks (long i know) so i'll just have to see how i do tomorrow.

OOOH it looks like most aren't too affected/if at all, which is good news, I am due on next week so was worried that might affect things (though is it the week before or when you are actually on that it's supposed to affect things??)
