I've been on SF before and I'm finding that I'm repeating the evening meals I made back then and I think I stopped SF that time because I got bored of the food I've checked the Slim Fast website and done my own twist on some of their recipe's but now I'm running out of ideas for evening meals so I thought maybe we could share some recipes.

Reggae Reggae Chicken kebabs

75g Rice (Uncooked) 265cal
Frozen Peas - 55cal
Amoy Light Soy Sauce - 14cal

1 Chicken Breast (Skinless) - 170cal
Half a Pepper (Any colour you like) - 20cal
50g Reggae Reggae Sauce - 60cal
2 Mushrooms 13cal

597 Calories

Dice the chicken then put it into a bowl with the reggae reggae sauce cover and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Deseed and cut the pepper into squares, quarter the mushrooms. Push the mushroom pepper and the marinated chicken onto a skewer (chicken, mushroom, pepper, chicken, mushroom etc)

Cook the rice then chuck it into a wok/frying pan with the peas and add the soy sauce stir continuously until the peas are cooked.

Serve the kebab on top of the rice *yum yum*
 
i swear by weightwatchers meals all between 300-500 cals and low fat and frozen,gas 6 ,45 mins different meal everynight,and they are always on offer. angie x
