Inch loss!!!

Hiya!

Well I was just thinking that I'm feeling a bit slimmer and at the same time telling myself that that's ridiculous cos I haven't even finished my first week yet (I weigh tomorrow - gulp!!).

So to prove to myself that it was wishful thinking I got the tape measure out... and lo and behold I've lost inches already!!!

I've lost:
0.5 inch from bust (not much - phew! )
2 inches from my waist (but I have been using the Slendertone)
2 inches from my hips ("hips" - yeah right - belly more like! lol)
nearly 1 inch from each thigh (I assume so anyway as I only measure the right one!)

OMFG!

So now I'm really excited about my weigh in tomorrow evening (although there is always that little voice in the back of my mind reminding me not to have too much expectation and set myself up for disappointment!).

Any loss is good loss eh!

Well done you inch loss is fab... i reckon you are in for a great weigh in too going off that!!!!
I do both thighs as mine are slightly different in size...but its not much maybe 0.5 inch at the most!

Some of the inch loss may be due to being less bloated than before, due to the crap I was shoving down my neck before starting LT!

Also I tried Dulcolax the other day for the first time... all I can politely say is OMG on that one! Will definitely use it again though - it certainly does the trick, lol!

Or I could just be making excuses for the inch loss, cos I can't quite believe it!
