no - definitely get weighed in on Thursday as usual and stick to a routine. I'm always weighed on a Wednesday and the week seems shorter that way. Get back on the LT and take one week at a time x
 
man trouble- new and old, kid trouble just general feeling sorry for myself that led to 4 iced doughnuts and 2 pop tarts.


No sympathy needed, i know i shouldnt have given in
 
very hard to deal with men let alone kids at same time - get on here if you have a chance to chat or let off steam rather than eat very bad things! I just have the latter - a grumpy, teething 10 month old who won't sleep and is driving me mad....
 
Fair enough hun, but just think how much worse it could have been. You could have ordered a load of takeaways and polished off some Ben & Jerry's! (My usual man trouble fix lol) At least you've had the sense to get straight back on the horse and keep galloping forward toward your goal! (Far too many horse references...) xx
 
Well done for getting back on the wagon. I'm with Nicky, I'd stick to Thursday WI.

Well done for restarting. Give urself the full week before ur weighin and then u won't be disheartened
 
thanks peeps, i will make sure i logg in each day agian and possibly start a mood diary instead of chugging back the nasty vile pink doughnuts
