Moving from SS+ to SS

Hello everyone! :)

After the failure that I had on Sunday I am going to do SS instead of SS+. I am in my second week of the CD - the first week I lost 5lbs by having 1 shake, 1 soup, 1 bar and 1 evening meal. I've decided to go totally Sole Source as I've proved to myself that I'm an all or nothing kind of girl!

Has anyone else out there made this change? How hard did you find the first three days? I met a new counsellor this evening and she has really inspired me to go for total Sole Source - I just want to see those scales moving more than they have!

:) x :D

Please let me know how you do, as i am on the SS+ but too chicken at the moment to go on the SS, but would love to know how you do...

Hi hun,

I've always been on SS so can't really tell you what its like going from SS+ to Ss, but i can tell you what the first 3 days were like. To be honest with you the those days are the hardest, and i think alot of people will agree, but it wasn't the case of being hungry just that your body is so used to eating. After that its much easier, although you obviously will still miss food. I felt like i had so much energy, and wasn't craving food, it must sound so weird, but i guess your body gets used to the change.

It's definately worth giving it ago, as just look at all the others on the diet, and how much they have lost!

i found it easy didnt really notice any diff, good luck.xx

I changed from SS+ to SS yesterday after swapping councellors.

I feel the same as I did before the swap.:)

i think you probably will hon as if you've been following ss plus then you'll be in ketosis and you won't have to go through carb withdrawal that you do originally. you should slip fairly easily from one to the other. watch the bars though!! they give me the munchies so i have to severely restrict myself with them to one ever 3 days or so. or, as usually happens. eating one a day for a couple of days until my supply runs out until the next time i see my cdc :D

abz xx
