im sitting at home just got in from a very long walk with my cousin.... had dinner already earlier, but im really peckish. not hungry just want to eat for the sake of it and im very close to giving in soon.... any ideas what to do totake me mind off it??
 
Drink lots of water and if you're still peckish afterwards have a low fat yogurt or some weetabix. Weetabix is great, I call it tummy cement!
