Yes guys only lost 3 pounds today, was hoping for 5!

But i guess all the odds were stacked against me this week.
1- on a period (tend to lose less weight)
2- weighed in the evening (weight not as accurate due to water rentention)
3 - has the flu (don't know if that contributed?)
4- was weighed a day early

Still sad though, i was so looking forward to losing the 5 pounds, i just feel deflated.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! :cry:

Nikki my councilor (bless her) is going to come in the morning to weigh me next week to get a more accurate weigh in.

If i don't lose 5 pounds or more next week, i will cry! :break_diet:

Has anyone else felt like this?
 
Three pounds is still an achievement to be proud of, and 11 pounds in just under two weeks is excellent, don't let it get you down x
 
That's almost a stone in 2 weeks! Try carrying 11lbs worth of something around in a rucksack all day long and you'll realise just how much weight you have lost chick. I say this as someone who had a meltdown at losing 3lbs in her second week, but can reflect on the fact (albeit later on lol) that 3lb off is excellent :D
 
Aww, sorry your feeling down about it but as has been said 3lbs is still a good loss and even more so with all that stacked against you. 3 1/2lbs a week is the average loss to go for a stone a month, so your doing better than average, your doing great.xx

Aww thanks guys, i do feel alot better and more positive. Looking at other peoples' losses it does seem to vary each week, so hopefully i will have a better loss next, but yeah i am happy with my 3lb now.:thankyou:
 
Hiya Payphone, just remember a loss of 3 lbs per week gets you to your 1 stone per month average - you're doing great :clap:

Anytime mate - just remember, every lb lost is a lb closer - add them together and see the major chain you are making - 11 lbs in three weeks is massive! :clap:
 
Do up a chart with an estimated 3lbs per week and see how well you'll be doing in a few weeks/months time.......3lbs is a great loss - ANY LOSS is a great loss!
 
That is so true, so focused on the big loss, forget the little ones help to get me there.
 
3lb is great, don't be too hard yourself. I tend to have a good loss 1 week then a smaller 1 the next, perhaps you're following the same pattern? xx
