Hi

is it just me, am sure my hairs loads thinner. Begining to panic a bit, dont know what to do only been on diet 8 weeks.

Sorry Ive just done a search and found loads of threads, but Im still worried cause the women on my mums side have herriditary hair loss so Im worried it wont grow back like everyone elses

The only practical advice I can give you - whatever the cause - is to take a look at www.nourkrin.co.uk
and to use proV thickening shampoo and conditioner.
