I've been really ill for the last week or so but felt off for nearly two. I kept having to snack on crackers the first week as I felt so sick. This last week I have finally been struck down by some kind of bug. Been throwing up non stop. So have had to eat lots of bread and rice as I couldn't stomache anything else. I am well and truly out of ketosis and back on carbs. I am going to find it so hard on Monday!! Arghhhh!! I used to be secretly pleased whenever I got sick because of the weight loss!! Not this time. xx
