want to mini
Hi fellow lipotrimers,
I have been doing lopitrim for 9 weeks now and have lost 29lbs.What I was wondering was has anyone else been having dizzy spells or light heads.I get it daily and I do drink plenty and have all my shakes. I`m not to worried but I think it is probably my blood sugars. What do you guys think?I still have about 3 stone to go so don`t want to give up.
HELP!!!!

I get light headed a lot and I'm on week 13 now. I just try to remember to get up slowly and not bend down to pick things up(bend knees and squat down instead). I've not been worried about it though. Maybe it's worth talking to your chemist? I hope you feel better soon :D

Thanks Kay, I feel ok its just a bit irritating.

I got it now and again but if they do persist or get worse give LT a call or a trip to the docs wouldnt harm xx

I often feel light-headed, especially if I get up too quickly, but I just try to be careful.

If you feel faint, or do faint, then I'd get to your GP asap.

Take care.

x

I have no probs with LT. However, on my previous diet - the Guinness diet - I used to frequently feel disorientated and confused. These symphoms often came on late in he evening. I could never understand what was happening to me?!?!

hehehe I love Guinness too ;)

I get dizzy and tired all the time still. i have to pace myslef.

try and lie down and drink loads, you may have slightly low BP a trip to nurse or doc should sort you out.

xx

I would get light heads also - usually when i jump up etc. So I just take er handy like and im ok :) It can be quite weird though so take care xox

HELP!!!!

I often suffer from dizzy spells, esp from getting up from laying down to standing (up in night for 9 month old!) - I also felt poorly this week and have upped my water intake and feel lots better for it. As others have said, doing things more slowly - know you can feel like ann 80 yr oldd but it does help :D
