Fed up with myself!

MorbidBubblewrap

Is thinking positive!
:( I lost 14lb my first week and this week I gave in and decided to eat healthily and diet instead go it alone..What a big mistake, I ended up buying healthy food then some chocolate, and a few other naughty things..Got home and binged on it :sigh: I was not even hungry why did I decide to come off Lipotrim? I must have been insane thinking after 2 weeks that my old eating habits would not start up again..I am fuming with myself, So after I binged I started crying and my Brother rung me up and I ended up telling him what happened we had a good chat and I asked him to come collect all the food I bought and take it to his, And I am now back on Lipotrim and gonna stay on it this time...I hate feeling bad when I eat unhealthy foods makes me depressed and angry! Sorry for going on just frustrated thats all, Just gonna dust myself off and try again :)

yep all ya can do is dust yourself down and crack on.

arr love I know what you mean, i have nearly just done the same myself but knew i would feel even worse. I think whatever happens you just have to start afresh and get back on it.

Hope you ok xxx

It was daft I knew in the back of my mind that I would fall back in to old eating habits if I came off Lipotrim, Being on Lipotrim actually makes me feel better really do not know why I decided to come off it, But I cannot beat myself up to much just got to carry on and start again..I still am a st lighter in 2 weeks so that is a positive..:)

And so you should be ...are you mad!!!! This is the most amazing diet ever!!!! You tried the 'healthy food' thing before LT, didn't you? and did it work? Were you over your cravings...obviously not, as you stuck chocolate in your trolley!!! Takes at least 21 days to break a habit and chocolate longer!!
Now, focus, water and crack on... you can do it and will do it this time

Hi Laura,

What's done is done. Sometimes you need something like this to make you realise just what you have to do. At the moment you feel awful - you won't want to feel this way again and that is what will help you to stick to LT in future.

We all have times when we feel tempted - I know I have - but I've read so many posts from people that said how bad they felt having done it that I was determined not to.

Consider it lesson learned and you are a better person for it!

Good luck for the coming week.

x

Thanks cuddlyfairy, I am back on track, Did my exercises a few hours ago and feeling positive again, Roll on Friday for my next weigh in..I will stick to it thanks for the support :)

Hi hun, I agree with Garry...dust yourself off and away you go again. Its not a big deal hun. You realised your mistake before you did too much damage. Straight back onto Lipo and you never know, you may even still lose this week.

We are all here to support each other.

Good luck hun.xx

Damn right guys. Get a grip and catch yourself on! If you wanna shed the pounds with little or no effort then TFR is the answer. It's the easiest diet imaginable. You can do it!!!

Don't dwell on the slip up hun, just don't do it ever again ;)

Don't dwell on it, I am sure we have all been there and as someone else said sometimes it takes something like this to realise what you want to do. Just keep going you will be fine. x
