weigh in on 1500

Gill-cdthing

Gone, but who cares huh
i lost 2lb yayyy and an inch off my waist, and in a further 2lb i will have lost 5stone total, and i really dont feel hungry at all, i seem to struggle to eat 1500cals

Excellent!! The 1500 programme is always overlooked but you still lose weight on it as you always have a calorie deficiency.

And the fact it is low GI based and healthy means you feel stuffed for most of the day (or at least I did).

Woohoo Gill. You really have done a fab job of this stabilisation:cool:

That's absolutely brilliant! Well done to you. It's lovely when you see the inches coming off too. How many clothes sizes have you dropped???

i have gone from a 24 to a 16,

thanks everyone, i dont follow the book to the letter im sort of doing it by calories, i spoke to my cdc about certain bits i was going to do as it fitted in with my lifestyle better and she said they were all ok, whats nice is being able to eat with the family so we are all having the same meals, sometimes i have to tweak mine a little, but i never feel deprived at all, and i even had a chciken kebab the other night !! ok i never ate the pitta and only let him put a teaspoon of mayo on but i worked it into my calories and although i went over a teeny bit on that day i cut back for a day or two on the snacks to make up for it,,
