If you feel you maybe hungry you could split your packs into mini meals so instead of three meals you could have six mini meals throughout the day...just remember you need to make each half up fresh and consume within 15-20 minutes as some of the vitamins are water-soluble.

Once you go into ketosis the diet becomes easier...
