ok form yesterday im moving up plans 810 this week im so scared of comong out of keto my cd said ill still lose weight if i stick to the plans cant wait till hopspital stuff over and i can go back to keto ( my new best freind lol ) ill let you all no my losses on the plans as i no you will all be interested for when you get to the moving up stage im still gonna come here loads good luck to bunny on her first day starting cd today

Good luck hun. It really isn't that bad I was scared, but I'm still losing and I'm now on 1000 plan.
