Hi everyone,
Have been away for a few days, and had no access to my computer, but have been sticking to L/T. Have lost 5 pounds over the last 2 weeks, may not seem very much, but I am happy enough, as I have lost 30 pounds in total now. People beginning to notice, and I feel better about myself. Size 14 now too big, but 12 is a little tight, so I probably a size 13!
Thinking about refeeding for August.
I have spent time re-reading old threads, and certainly everyone is doing great.
For people in the early days of this diet it does get easier! The weeks have flown.
