What does it take to knock you out of ketosis??

Hey guys!!!

I know know where to turn when i have a prob!!! Its so nice to know!!!

So....... I was wondering what it takes to knock your self out of ketosis? Is it too many calories?? or food? Say you ate too many bars on a day - 3 shakes and 4 bars!!!! (really struggling!!) Does that take you out of ketosis or is it just if you eat food??
And if you eat food how much will it take??

I've really been stugglin and at the mo when i have a bar i cant seem to stop and i thought well at least its better than food!!! Dont think my theory is really working tho!!!hehe

Unfortunately it all depends on the individual:cry:

Some people get into ketosis easily whereas others make take a while and vice versa.

I'm on CD and can't really comment on LL products but I know only one CD bar is allowed per day as it is higher in carbs than shakes.

I knew there was a reason y it is only one bar a day!! and it was the carbs!! I think if i remember rightly its carbs that knock you out of ketosis!!!! Woops!! I guess I'll have to wait till weds to get weighed, I think i was tryin to trick my self into thinking that I havent done that bad!!!!xx
