I am full of cold and feeling very sorry for myself I have been taking paracetamol but is there anything else I can take to help me take the edge off it without taking me out of ketosis. I am on week 3 of SS.
What about paracetamol plus? they always make me feel better, I recently had the sinutab tablets they had no citric acid or sugar in, and worked a treat. Hope you feel better soon. x
