please tell me 30 mins is better than nothing !!

i have just dont the vicky entwistle DVD for the 2nd time this week but i cant manage over 30 mins , i know after a few times it will get more i just hope these 30 min stints will have an effect too
 
Every little helps, 30 minutes is really good for a workout DVD, you should be proud of yourself.

It is more than i am doing at the moment.
 
its more than i have done today...or indeed yesterday.

30mins is very good, keep it up. if you do too much all at once you will burn out and then not do any so your doing it the right way round
 
didn't realize how unfit i was :eek:, its weird coz i am a big girl but always has alot of energy . The reason i joined SW was because even tho i eat really healthy anyway i wasn't loosing weight i have had blood tests to see if its my thyroid but they came back negative so ive decided to follow an eating plan and combine that with more exercise and see what happens there!! wish me luck !
 
Good luck daisy. Eating healthy is good but sometimes you don't eat enough which can aso give you weight loss problems. Stick to SW and you will lose weight.
 
i plan to get a wii fit ..however goin to V festival in august and have some pennies to save ..so when i get back i will get one :talk017:
 
DVDs are just as good as a wii fit though there are some good things on there, I enjoyed the step and boxercize routines
 
30 mins is good. Keep going and your fitness levels will raise and you will soon be doing the DVD twice over!
 
just about to go out ..and realized i have had the heating on during my workout ..no wonder i was bloody sweating :eek:

I've never done more than 30-35 mins of cardio exercise in one go, so don't worry that you can't manage more than that yet! I'd rather do 30 mins every day (which I do) than an hour or so a couple of times a week. Makes me feel like I'm putting in the effort each day!

Well done 30 mins is brill. My main sounce of exersize is the walking the kids to school and back. With the kids in tow it takes me 30 mins to get there then the same back. Then its the same at dinner time as I have to take my youngest to nursery which is attached to the school. Then it is the same at 3.30 to pick them all up. So I do a lot of walking as you can see. Now its the holidays the kids are keeping me on my toes and I do the wii fit too.
 
You should be proud of yourself Daisy that you did 30 mins. Fitness is a slow progression and you will eventually work your way up to the full hour. Give yourself a pat on the back and don't give yourself such a hard time. :p
