Sunday check in.

:coffee: Having a quiet morning as Gran kids were up fairly late so they seem to be still aslep. There parents will met up with us later for lunch.

AM.. 1/2 pint s.s milk for the day .

1 cup of porridge made with water.
1 cup of rasberries 1 tbs low fat yoghurt.
2 walnuts spinkle of cinnamon. 2 walnuts


LUNCH

2 fresh sardines, mixed salad.
1/2 small melon 1 portion strawberries
( have checked the menu of Kim by the sea the rest we are going to)

DINNER
1/2 can baxter french onion soup
3 oz chicken in foil.
mediterean veg in foil. 1green cup
1 red cup stewed rhubarb/ginger and 1 tbs f.fras low fat

SNACK pm
if needed 2 plums.

Well thats me for the day, doing a video later in the day and a approx 20 mins walk this morn.
Going now to do my chi gong.
