Hello everyone
I just started WW yesterday
i weigh 221lb and need to get to 154
so I have a long long way to go
I have cut out alcohol, as I had been drinking a lot of wine and beer lately and I know they are full of empty calories now!
so I am pointing away, fingers crossed!
