tummy noises!

I've been doin ss for 2 days now no cheats yay! but my tummy is making noises like crazy ones! are they hunger pangs? is it normal?! im drinking lots and lots of water atleast 3L!

any advice would be appreciated!

Well done on your 2days, i found the first 3 hard but it gets better....my tummy still makes noises the only difference now is i don't really feel it. Just make sure you keep drinking your water. Best of luck.xx

hey there. good luck with cambridge my tummy made horrific growling and grumbling noises for a while but it cleared up after the first week. the first week isn't the best but after that when you get in the zone you feel great

My tum still makes funny noises (wonder what's going on in there sometimes lol) but I find this is mostly after I have a bar.....but can't give the bar a day up, there just too yummy!

Hi lalliali,

I've been doing SS for just over a week now - my stomach made the loudest noises on Day 4, to such an extent that it kept making my dog jump! Its usually the other way round
