saturday morning check in

Morning every one Yes Sazzy would love to do the challenge for July.
I am a fairly slow weight loser so i will hope for 71b with just starting i may lose a few extra pounds.
So put me down thats a great way to do it.

Despite the Sunny smiley its not like that in Manchester. Every year i book these out door theatre tickets for a picnic and show in the park and take my older son and my grand kids.
It looks like another vey wet one thinking of taking our little tent as the show must go on..........

On with the todays food.
AM
1 cup dry porridge made with water.
1 cup fruit 1 tbs low fat yoghurt
2 walnuts sprinkle of cinnamon.
(i tend to have the same breakfast daily is any one else the same?)
LUNCH
1oz chopped chicken tikka, 1 tbs yoghurt mint and spring onion.
2oz smoked salmon,mixed salad
melon fruit salad 1 cup.

Fruit snack 4pm

DINNER
1/2 can french onion soup
1 med sweet potato baked,2ozCottage cheese.
stewed plums and ginger 1 cup itbs yoghurt.

fruit snack later if needed.

Gosh looking at all that no wonder i am a slow loser but its within the plan and it does work albeit a lot slower so long as i dont hit the high fats and high carbs which make me very lethargic.
I can do for it, i can do it.
