Took advice from fattothin and pee'd on ketostix first thing this morning (hehehe actaully 1130am after 12 hr long sleep! well it is my day off..)

I am in ketosis (or inky toe as i like to call it!)

Makes the feel sh1te worth while.
still got to wait till tue for weigh in though, but at least i know i am doing something right :O)
