Hello All ,
Having to lose 5st before december is a tall order, but when your doctor says you must then you have got to try. I must admit i cannot see how i am going to do this. Ihave to see the physio this morning to see what exercise i can do without causing further damage to my back.
Well thats all for now

Hi there, have you considered a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet)?

There are a few sub-forums on the subject here, see Cambridge Diet, Lipotrim, W8 and Lighterlife.

You don't need to do much excercise on this type of diet at all, I lost nearly 5st in just over 4 months on Lipotrim, it costs £36 for a woman's meals for a week, and all I did was gentle regular excercise such as housework and walking.

Wishing you the best of luck,

SW

Hi there yes as skinkwitch above says i would consider a VLCD im on lipotrim and have about 8 stone to lose, almost lost 2 already and ive been on 4 weeks to the day. Im not hungry, sleep well, and feel more energetic.

Do research what ever option you chose to make sure its right for you, ask lots of questions of the people on this forum. Everyone will want to help you.

good luck!

Thanks for the info.

Thanks to both skinkwitch and fatgirl666 for the info. Being new to this i have not got much knowledge on what is availiable. Physio rekons i should manage to improve the range of movement through exercise. Nothing to strenous at first, but gradually build up over the coming months. She says this should help the weight-loss while streghthening the muscles supporting the back. I will look into other options as well now i know there are different things to consider.
Thanks again
