Hi Guys

I started on LT few months back but switched to CD but now im near the end im looking at what happens after. Can you just buy maintence foods without being on LT as i dont think CD offer anything like that?? xx

Yeah you can buy the maintenance products over the counter in your LT pharmacy

ff.... CD doesnt have maintainence but it does have different steps to take you up to your best cal range where you maintain using normal foods... have you not discussed this with you CDC?...
The plans are so gradual ...i don't really see the point in spending more money on shakes when you can eat real foods....Just my opinion tho

Mine too

And when you've finished and are 'back to normal' so to speak, you can still continue to get packs of your CDC for maintenance.

I prefered not to. Wanted to do the 'real' food type of thing, but many do get them just to replace the odd meal.
