Hi all. I really need some advise plz. I used to follow ww plan, although I lost weight on it, I found it had too much temptation and ended up falling off the wagon sometimes. So now Ive started sw last week Thursday. I have stuck to the plan and had lost 2lbs in the first 3 days and since then Ive stuck. I know I shouldnt weigh myself all the time(wont have a choice soon as the batteries on low LOL) but I feel guilty that I can eat on this plan, even though its free. What I wanted to know is do some of you find red suits you better or do you have one day red and one day green. I have 8 stone to lose and I need a helping hand to stick to this, as I have a holiday booked next August and really want to get at least 4 or 5 off. xxSorry if I went on LOLxx
