Well thats half way to target with another 6lbs hitting the dust last week !

Another 38lbs to go

But that will do for me .....................

Well done, 2st 10lbs gone and 2 st 10lbs to go. When you really look at it, really does reduce the original figure, WOW . You must be happy.

What a milestone Well done! It must be a huge psychological barrier getting to that stage, I'm really pleased for you. I hope it's like on the treadmill when you pass half way, it all seems that little bit easier because you know that every step is taking you nearer the finish
