I was thinking earlier that my goal was huge, too huge for me and i felt a bit under pressure so ive changed it too my 10% which is only 7 lbs away so quite excited about reaching a goal.
Then afterwards maybe il just go a stone a time so im not under lots of pressure.
Partly why i changed mine, i didnt want to succumb to failure this time. Im hoping third time lucky will be it for me - this is it for me - i cannot fail again.
Sensible targets and hell i may do as well as starlight - shes proof that ww works! x
