Hi all, :wavey:

After last weeks loss (2.64lb) I went with trepidation to my WI this morning. To my delight I've lost 2kg! That's 4.4lb. I am thrilled to bits and very happy!arty0011:

:thankyou:Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me over the last week and especially to the straight talking I got coz I was down over the 2.64lb when I should have been pleased it was a loss.:happy096:

Awww, thanks you guys, you really keep me going.

Julz, all cuddles welcome!

On top of my loss I found out today that my blood pressure is back down to my usual readings - pretty low in fact! It was my BP that started me on this road to a new me, and introduced me to the nicest people I've met in a long time.

You're all stars and I'm welling up here!
