hey just a update i have just jumped on the scales and have lost another pound!! its the lightest i have been on this diet so far yippee can actually fit into my size 14 work trousers today yeah.
im doing the ss on the c/d i find this shifts my weight the best i have tried nearly every diet there is low carb/calorie counting/no more then 1000cal a day/only eating salad or only eating protein but nothing worked until now.
