I was thinking about this whilst watching Formula 1 today...
Old habit: Bag of torilla chips, and after a result such as today's - beer afterwards.
New habit: cup of tea and grilled flat mushroom for lunch
Anyone else found their old "hard wired" bad habits changed like that?
