What is the 1200k plan?

I am looking to go back to cambridge after putting all the weight i lost and more!
Feel so depressed.

Can someone explain as can bear the thought of SSing again but i know it works so in a catch 22.

I believe it's 1 CD meal, plus breakfast/lunch/dinner.

You can also have carbs on the 1200 plan.
