Sunday Hour X Hour

Blonde Logic

Yes. You can.
Morning all
It sure is WINDY down here!!!

Well, I am hoping today is a better day then yesterday. I don't know what my problem was yesterday, but out of the blue for no known reason I had one serious case of the blues. I couldn't shake it all day....was tearful, and apathetic, and lazy, and bored - it was really a crap day. Wouldn't be so bad if there was a known reason for it!!!

Anyone else ever have days like this when your battery is absolutly drained flat?

I feel better today. :)

But must confess, I am doing rubbish at quitting smoking. I am also starting to worry about how much money I have been spending on clothes. I really, and I MEAN REALLY, need to curb it for awhile. It's starting to weigh on my mind heavily, and while we joke about it - I kind of do fee like I have transfered one addiction for another! Any ideas?

Hope its warmer where you all are!

Corey - can you tell me about this hot tub you can just go out and set up in a day? Is it one of those soft tubs? I'd love one here for my neck but don;t want the expense of a huge addition of a fibreglass one, etc.

:)

Thanks!

Morning all...hope you feel better today BL.
I had a case of god I'm sooo tired yesterday. Went to bed about 11pm and woke up just now at 9.30am!!! Must have needed to re-energise my batteries!!
The weather is not too bad here we had quite a bit of sunshine yesterday (I even got a tiny bit sunburnt!!). Looking a little overcast but the sun is there somewhere!!!
I hope everyone has a great day :)

Morning everyone. Im not a happy bunny today- have work- it should be illegal to work sundays!! boo!
the weather is miserable and grey too :(
Oh well.
Im off to t in the park on wedesday (music festival) and I hope this rain stops soon as im camping for a week! eek!
BL- I know what u mean about the clothes thing lol. maybe just allow yourself to buy a new item every half a stone or something. Its only 2-3 weeks at a time, gives you something to aim towards and allows u to treat yourself but your still curbing it :) hehe.
Bex- looking great in that skirt hun! :)

Hi

I got mine from Makro and was £199 (plus VAT), but generally they are around £250 - £400 depending on where you buy it. They are not as powerful as the fibreglass ones, but do the job just as well really. Have a look on ebay for inflatable hot tubs - there are always loads on there. I have found that if I have a soak on it, I sleep a lot better.

hehe Bl- ok maybe one a week?
xx

Thanks for the compliment Kellie :)
I went to Primarks in Ipswich today and it was a revelation!! I've never been small enough to shop there before!!! 8 tops, 2 bras and 5 pairs of socks - £25!!! Can't believe the value...I think I'm in love!!!

no problem :)
haha you have caught the primark bug.
I work like 4 doors away from one- its not healthy! hehe.
wait till they have a sale! that is exciting :)

Bex that is very restrained, my last trip to Primani, I spent nearly a £100. I did get loads and loads though.

You are amazing you know, your achievement just boggles my mind. Everytime I feel I have had enough with this diet, I think of you and how long you have stuck to it and how well you are doing. :)

BL, what about using Ebay? Sell all your old stuff on there, and then you can use that money to buy clothes?

Or if you give up smoking, put some money aside each week and allow yourself one shopping day. Only spend cash (plastic is too easy!) and if you don't have enough cash with you, put something back.

Putting a couple of quid every day will go far in charity shops/cheap shops.
