Hey guys, just thought id cheke the posts and say hi! Quite Lighterlife a week or two ago as its farrr to expensive for my liking!! I also felt under alot of pressure by the councellors as they told me if I dont lose for 2 weeks they would boot me off!!! Anywho....Hoping CD will be a little better for me!!! Looking forward to starting on Thursday and joining the weight loss journey....again...hehe...xxx
