After a busy day at work yesterday I didnt manage to drink a lot and really suffered last night with feeling cold in bed then a huge headache set in. To cut a long story short it was a horrendous night and I still feel vile today despite already chugging 4 litres of water and the headache is only just going.
So lesson learnt and I will not be doing that again in a hurry - so drink , drink and drink some more or you could end up feeling like I did last night.
