Fainting!

ok ive been having dizzy spells since sat then fainted yesterday in the garden, it scared the living daylights out of me as i live alone and work from home, only went out for i think a couple of mins but was enough, i went straight indoors and had some food, i was shaking like mad and felt my body was desperately trying to tell me something. The short version is got onto the chemist they said ring the docs, the docs said prob not the diet as im in wk9 and no probs till now and said could be vertigo, got some tabs and have to go back monday if it doesnt go where i will have to come off the diet! thing is ive noticed there have been others on here that have suffered the dizzyness and fainting which leads me to think we cant all be suffering from vertigo! i do think is somthing to do with the diet. However it has meant ive come out of ketosis, i ate something, meat, pasta and veg and i feel crap! im scared as all of today i cant stop thinking about food as ive had a taste and am seriously struggling, even though i mite have to come off come monday anyway, i was 1lb away from 3stone, over half way but still had 31lb to lose, will keep you uptodate and just wanted a winge as im gutted, im going to stay strong and take each day as it comes but the fainting thing it cant be a random thing with so many people suffering from the same thing on the same diet, wat do u think????
 
Hey, you are such a positive person... im sure everything will work out ok. I have heard many people say that they have lost 2-3 pounds every week just by following the LT maintenance... so im sure you will get the next 30 pounds one way or another!!!! Stay focused on your goal and I hope that you have no more fainting xox

yep i religiously drink 4.5 to 6 litres of water a day!
 
Oh Jackie I'm sorry to hear that you have been unwell. Hopefully it's not the diet. You need to get yourself better and if that means re-feed and maintenance then so be it. I know that if I ever felt unwell doing this then I would not hesitate to come off it. :( Here's hoping I don't get sick.:jelous:
Ater saying all that it may just be a blip. I hope you can carry on,and I'm sure that you still will loose that 1lb + on Monday.:D Keep us posted
