went to my weigh in last nite and have lost another 4 pounds,still feels too good to be true lol.ive only got to lose 2 more and i have lost 2 stone,and im only on week 5. hope everyone is having such good results too xxx

Nice one Sheena! It's a great feeling to see it come off so fast, isn't it. It still boggles my mind how fast we transform on this diet. best diet in the world to suit me. Love it!
