crashed my car :O(

Hi Guys,

I crashed my car tuesday morning, just me involved, didnt slow down enough on s ben in country lane and hit curb, then hit opp curb and ended up in field. Really shook me up. Been bit of state since, keep crying, and of course eating. So diet has gone out of window. Im on the 1000k at mo. Think car is gonna be right off, and now have stress of getting lifts and sorting out another car. Thing is mine was a smart car and so automatic, not driven manual for 2 years. Get myself in right state thinking bout having to drive.

Dreading my weigh in. But will just have to start a fresh on saturday when find out results. Feel guilty, dont wanna put on, havent so far and so pleased with my results, dont want this to currupt things from now on, not got much to loose now.

Aww sounds like you've really worked yourself into a state.
When i stress i eat too.
You just have to keep your mind off the food part.
Such a Bummer Bout Your Car.
I know its hard, but try and stay positive.
Everything happens for a reason...
Who knows.. if you'd not crashed.. a truck coulda collided with you (drastic i know) but ya know.. you never know

Aww poor you - my daughter did the same last wek and wrote her car off ... such a shock. Take care - and as long as no-one is hurt metal can be repleced. xxxx

Thanks so much for all you support guys, I am feeling much better. Still waiting on news of my little car tho :O(. WI tom and start a fresh, only few more pounds to go, I will do it.
