Hi im Rob and yes im male he he i joined a gym about 2 months ago and lost 10lbs still going to the gym but wanna change my eating habbits /diet .

I'm 5'9" and 16st 2lbs

Fair play - you're doing it right way around, getting fit and looking at your diet. Don't know how much you want to lose but for your height I can't imagine too much! I'm on Lipo and this is fantastic but you need to be at least 3 stone overweight to get on this plan - all I can say though is you're definitely on the right site - fantastic support and chat

It depends on so many things. If you want a very quick weight loss you could try Cambridge or Lighter Life, but theyre very strict and totally take food out the equation.

If you can handle a slightly slower loss and would prefer to still enjoy your food then maybe Weight Watchers or Slimming World would be better for you. Theyre both very different though, so again it depends on your lifestyle and what you prefer.
