Doesn't have sat fat on it, but I guesstimated it at 4 points for the 200g normal pot of Apple Muller-rice.

if it doesnt have sat fat divide the fat by 2!! its not always accurate but my leader said its the best way!!

You are correct on your guess my lovely - Muller Rice big pots - 200g is 4 points! I was gutted coz I love them soo much!
The Original Light ones are only 2 points though for 150g. xx
