Really light headed?

I have been ever since the gym yesterday but I'm drinking of loads of water. I need to be ok for tomorrow as I have work so on my feet for 9 hours with deliveries to put away (via a 7 foot ladder). It's not still because of the gym is it?

From what I remember you shouldnt do any straineous (sp?) exercise for the first 2 weeks.
