hey everyone, well week one weigh in for me and i lost 8lbs so pretty pleased.

this time i am not obsesing about the diet at all, and it seems to be working for me x x

Hey thats excellent well done!

I have my first weigh in tomorrow on atkins although I don't think it'll be that good as I have totm too!

Hi, well done Sam what a result!!
After a lot deliberating and chopping and changing my mind after coming off the Cambridge I started the Atkins his week – I’ve got my fingers crossed!!

restarting on monday!

hey , well i got off to a great start then had sis in law bday meal and mother in law can be persistant about what i eat shall i say, so came off last weekend and been feeling under the weather this week. so just having what i fancy! i going to dublin for my sis hen weekend this weekend so figured i will restart on monday.... sound silly but i actually missing it but as i been feeling yuk not had enough energy to be preparing meals as such so snack city, but roll on monday

ps i not looked at the scales but my jeans are feeling a little tight x
