Once you've lost the weight...then what????

In the last few days I have made a huge choice about what I'm going to do with my life after I have lost all the weight. My choice involves actually trying to get into a career that will hopefully help me to stay at my goal weight but I'll also need to get fit and stay fit for (are you curious yet???:D).
I've decided that I'm going to apply to become either a Police Community Support Officer or go the whole hog and apply to the police.
As I've made this choice I'm just wondering if anybody else has done the same sort of thing? Once you've lost the weight, then what?

Hello Kelly

I have thought about what I would like and if I can afford it I would love to train as a midwife, this has been my dream for as long as I can remember and would love to be able to do it, but money is a huge factor as to why I have not done it sooner.

I will have to make so adjustments in life to be able to do this but once I have got my confidence back then I would love to do this!!

I'm hoping to become a CDC as well as take a boxercise course so i can run classes for others. I want to do this on top of my degree in education studies as well as nutrition courses, because i want to be involved with campaigns in schools to fight childhood obesity.

But to help keep the weight off and maintain i just want to make sure that i take up exercise as my new healthy lifestyle. I did want to be a nutritionist at one point but i dont want everything about my life to be about food, i would like a bit of space from it, if you know what i mean.

I hope you all achieve what you want to do, i'm sure you will.

xx

i would like to learn about nutrition, and become a CSE xx

im currently doing a distance learning degree in medical science, and i start a job as a paramedic in august so that will keep me focused on my weight as its quite a physically demanding job xx
