i missed it the only place i get to watch it is at work and he's always playing in the sodding evening so i haven't seen a single match of his yet!! am hoping tomorrow will be different

have my totm again today. that's one week on, one week off. how is that fair!! i have the implant so am used to none at all!! damn diet. am on day three after my planned break on saturday evening and now i have totm bloat too. i'm going to have gained this week *sigh* in fact, i need to lose a lb by tomorrow morning just to stay the same and with totm there's no chance!!

Hi maggie/abz.

Just on my 1st shake and 1st 500ml water. lashing rain here thought i might get to hang some clothes out to dry haha not a chance! have to go to town later to post office and bank have to sort out my car insurance which i got at 550euro i shopped around some of them were quoting me 1500 hahahaha i just laughed at them!!!!!!

Morning all,
First time i've been on a daily in ages.
The match was fantastic lass night, I was up and down off my seat all evening with excitement. Mind you i'm a big fan of Murray's as he's from my hometown.
Abz, i'm sure your wi will be absolutely fine, just keep glugging that water.
Becky, glad to hear you got one up on those insurance companies.

Morning all
Have done a litre and a half of water, a couple of coffees and I have opened a tetra.
I am waiting for my blooming WiiFit to be delivered!

hi guys...

oh i been doing well with the water scales are moving down slowely stuck to it 100% so very proud, cant wait for official weigh in tommorrow going to have a treat tommorrow though SUN TAN ROOM cus my greek tan is slowely fading lol....

well i had my fiorst shake about 9.30am and im still on my first litre of water although i am about to refil been busy bee this morning working and popped over to the shops for mouthwatsh brethspray etc
